
Mack Electric Devices
was established in
1945 and has been engaged in the design and manufacture
of precision electrical/electronic instrumentation for
over 50 years. Mack Information Systems was created in
1991 to focus on the instrumentation needs of the
laboratory and industry.
Products
manufactured by Mack include temperature monitoring and
recording systems used for critical temperature
controlled equipment in hospitals, laboratories, blood
banks and pharmaceutical companies; testing
instrumentation traceable to the National Institutes of
Standards and Technology that are used to validate the
accuracy of monitoring systems; Ice Detection Systems for
jet aircraft engines; precision sensing devices for
spacecraft and aircraft.
Mack
introduced its first temperature monitor for laboratories
in 1954. Well over 60,000 systems have been designed and
manufactured by Mack and a large percentage are still in
service throughout the world.
